Senior Hydrogeologist

As Earth Data’s senior hydrogeologist, JP is responsible for the management of water resource projects. He has over 20 years’ experience in water supply planning, groundwater management, water appropriation permitting, on-site wastewater disposal projects, and environmental evaluation and monitoring. JP is also a licensed professional geologist in the mid-Atlantic states including Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. As a groundwater professional, he supports the advocacy for responsible development, management and use of water.

When he isn’t at his desk or on a project site, JP gardens, travels, or volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America where he can enjoy camping and hiking with his wife and son.
