How We Help
Due DILIGENCE
Environmental due diligence is a formal process that assesses real estate for potential risk of environmental contamination, such as soil or groundwater contamination. Earth Data adheres to the strict standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Our team will help you determine the extent and type of environmental assessment warranted which varies based on the property.
Phase 1 Environmental Assessment
Earth Data routinely completes cost-effective Phase I Environmental Site Assessments providing all appropriate inquiries into current and previous property uses and ownership consistent with CERCLA, SARA, and the ASTM Standard E 1527-13.
Phase 2 Environmental Assessment
In the event that the findings of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reveal Recognized Environmental Condition(s) (REC) that warrant additional study, Earth Data can provide full-service, environmental investigation services utilizing our in-house drilling, field sampling and testing capabilities. Our staff of geologists and environmental scientists take a phased approach to site investigation to ensure necessary data is collected in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with the ASTM Standard E1903-11.
